Just had this channel pop up on Google, I assume because I look at recipes so often. I am impressed! So many delicious supper dishes, I can't wait to try them.

This one is another revelation. I bought a bag of Orzo a few weeks ago, but so far have only used it as a rice substitute - it was 'Meh' - and it's expensive, especially compared to other dried pastas.

This looks like a fantastic recipe to really get the best out of the Orzo, that yummy dressing will absorb into it well (I love sauce/dressing recipes that are made with store cupboard/regular ingredients already in the kitchen). We are getting a little bored of potato as our side-carb (in all its different versions), this Orzo dish will be a lovely light alternative this Summer. Thank you from England!
