I one hundred percent needed one and I can tell you that these things one hundred percent work. I bought an air quality reader and my air quality sucked. Which I really didn't need a read to let me know because my body was telling me something was wrong. I bought two air purifiers and the reading for air particles dropped immediately. Thinking I might get one more purifier.

Adore this and you!! Finally another MD who actually has factual and accurate advise!! So many people, MD’s especially online, give the oddest advice. Often wonder how they even got a medical degree. I’ve been pushing people to get Air purifiers for years. They help immensely, and not just for helping with clearing pollution, but allergies as well. Those patients that have bought good quality ones, they’ve noticed allergies are nearly gone. Not to mention helping to filter out dust and lots of other nasty things!!

I live in Hanoi and I never realized until last year that if the air is polluted outside, *of course* the air at home is polluted too and it's a little bit absurd to mask up before going outside when you spend so much time at home without a mask

You Tube has many videos from hvac and air quality people who show a few different brands, and how well they perform.
They explain it all.
I learned a lot. EVERY air purifier IS NOT THE SAME !
FIND ONE THAT FILTERS PARTICLES AS SMALL AS .3 or .03 microns. The smallest for the residential use. May cost a bit more, but it is worth the investment. $200 to $500 and $600.
The guys recommend brands that they prefer, and use in their homes.
I am researching it and will be buying one very soon.

I have a question that's concerning me, I haven't been sleeping well at night for years. Coincidentally, I recently purchased an air purifier. It usually runs in the high 90s to 100%, but Ive noticed that at night, when I wake up the purifier is always running hard and in the high 60s to low 70s in air quality. Im wondering if its related and if you would know what could be causing it?

Have used different air purifiers for the last 20 years and they do get better and better. Have you once had a fully working one at home you most probebly know the difference in how the air was before and after the use on a air purifier. Some use to neglect clean air at home for some strange reason or they dont believe in these systems. Both have sadly wrong when its most probably one of the better technologies you could get these days with one single purpose ... To let you have clean air at home and thats for sure not a bad thing.

The air quality in my home sucked and my mom had asthama.. I was thinking a lot whether to get a air purifier, I got Dyson, n it's the best decision for our family especially for my mother ❤
