I am shit at chess but every game they pin my knight I try to kick it and they take it.

I mean like blocking the dark squared bishop was already a bad move in of itself, positionally black is already worse. Pinning the knight is just a mistake on its own cause if Bxf3 you accomplish nothing and the light squares are fairly weak.
