I used your advice and while MICROSOFT WAS REPAIRING THE PRODUCT THEY STOLE MY ACTIVATION KEY NUMBER AND TOLD ME NOW I DONT HAVE AN ACTIVE MS OFFICE PRO PLUS 2021/ REALLY, YOU KNOW HOW UPSET THIS MAKES ME JUST BY THE TEXT.

I domt even get a repair option mine just acts like its loading and does nothing
