I love this game and I’ve been playing it for more than a decade. Just finished off my final achievement yesterday. I’m trying to beat the game for every victory in every difficulty and I’m on Emperor right now.

Something weird happened to me earlier today though. When I put my first city down, I didn’t get any science until I took over another city around 600 BC. I’ve never had that happen.

Funny, not my kinda of game. I downloaded for FREE on Xbox 360 LIVE as per a friend's request. He tutored me in the game, became ADDICTED. In fact, I just recently got the game on the Nintendo DS(rather inexpensive, CIB and in great condition). Has to be my favorite DS game(DS is my favorite handheld game system, hell a "Civilization Revolution" game on the go! So, "Civilization Revolution" is worth it.

Nice vid, though 2 things caught my attention:

1. Settlers cost your city 2 population, and 1 if you are a Republic. Sidenote: China gives +1 to new cities immediately, which will always be a net positive population, hence why China is so powerful from turn 1.

2. Techs can be skipped depending on what you have from the tier before it, and how much tech you produce per turn. I believe if you can research a tech in 10 turns or less, and you have at least 1/2 or 2/3 prerequisites, you can begin research on it immediately.

If I press say ‘Warrior’ once, does it make one warrior? If I press it five times, is that five Warriors etc? & if I pick many things to build in one turn, does it build them all or only the last thing you chose?

I was looking for how to change the government. I did not see what panel you went into in order to change that, and you didnt explain. Cant find anything on my screen that would allow this feature.

I know this vid is old but sometimes I get bonuses (i.e free walls for researching masonry first) in seemingly random cities. Is there a reason for this?

I'm getting aggravated because I cant do anything! I'm playing on xbox and it'll say "end turn" so I press b to end turn and nothing fucking happens? I can't do anything. The same caption to end turn will come up and nothing happens. Is this a bug?

I was wondering if you could do a video on the trophy room where they have the jugglers the dancing bears and the Belly dancers . and show each one in full motion before they start repeating themselves. i’ve been looking for it onYouTube but no one has done that just an idea that you may be able to accomplish.
