I think its good to have a multi personality disorder as long as there's one personality that can act like a leader and keep the others under control

I don't understand why they can't just see those parts of themselves. As personalities or emotions that I don't know, man. It's dumb like some of it seems fake. I'm sure some of it's real, but you can just treat your personalities like they are emotions. This comes out when I feel this way. This comes out when I feel this way. There's a cold emotions that you've assigned personalities to and those personalities don't even have to be there. Emotion can just be emotion. You don't have to attach a personality to it.
