I used to have DID. I think that I healed enough to integrate. It has taken a lot of, trauma therapy, time, self reflection and a willingness to discard the abusers. I have been able to remember what was done to me, but it doesn't dominate me. I am able to see what happened to me, like watching a video with no sound. I don't remember with all senses at one time. I didn't want to integrate, but I knew that it probably would be the price of healing. Each and every alter was precocious to me. Even though I don't hear their thoughts anymore, it feels like I still have everything that they gave me. My unconditional love for my entire self is still intact. I am able to combine all of the wonderful benefits and strengths into one mind and I am able to stay present. I'm still having trouble making new memories, but my life has never been better than it is right now

Love Encina! She’s so resilient and authentic. I appreciate hearing her story. Truly grateful she allowed us to get a glimpse into her heart and what’s going on right now.

I was diagnosed with DID. I have completely recovered but it took a couple of years to recover. It was not easy to heal. Mental illness is a devil's game. You live life in hell on earth.

Boy sweetie you surpass any Academy Award winner! You deserve your own award far above a mere Oscar! 😂😂😂 Each decade or so a fad ailment pops up: 70s hypoglycemia, on and on, Fibromyalgia, etc. Although such ailments truly exist clinically, they become fad ailments prompted by the media. Suddenly an onslaught of a fad disease! DID is in that absurd phase now and the media is raking in mega bucks off this latest charade. DID is real. But mainstream psychiatry specialists are dismayed by the recent popularization and exploitation suddenly. TikTok videos of so-called DID episodes are absurdly exploited. And many folks here gobble this tripe and snot right up, question nothing, because online videos never lie or exploit, right? Utter, unmitigated and dangerous foolishness this recent exploitation through an explosion of similar videos. Shame on the profiteers!!!

There are people who make up fake problems that’s aren’t real as well and put on an act with fake negative problems that aren’t real. Even negative emotions can be masked and acted out and aren’t real and you would never know.
Not for attention but for just being not so serious
