If you're taking thyroid medication for hypothyroidism and your labs are “normal,” but you’re still dealing with exhaustion, brain fog, hair loss, or unexplained weight gain… there’s a reason. And no, you’re not crazy, and it’s not your fault.

🎯 In this video, I’m walking you through the two critical truths about thyroid medication that most people aren’t told—truths that could change everything for your health and healing journey.

You’ll learn:
✔ Why your TSH labs can look “normal” but you still feel terrible
✔ How thyroid hormone conversion (or lack of it) is keeping your cells starved (and you miserable)
✔ What’s really causing your symptoms—even with the “right” dose of meds
✔ The root cause of Hashimoto’s that meds don’t touch—and what to do instead
✔ And why it really is that your thyroid medication isn't working

👋 I’m Michele Spring, autoimmune health coach and founder of The Autoimmune Collective. After putting my own Hashimoto’s and Celiac into remission and helping hundreds of women stop the autoimmune attack, lose stubborn weight, and feel alive again—I can tell you with full confidence:

Your thyroid isn’t the problem. It’s what happens after.
And once you understand how to fix that? Your entire body starts to heal.

Wow. This was the information I needed since my doctor did not explain it well enough. Thank you for sharing.

Metabolic disorder — the thyroid is just a consequence. What you're feeling are not thyroid symptoms; it's a metabolic disorder that you've likely had for many years, but it hasn't expressed itself until now. The thyroid is secondary. To heal the thyroid and eliminate the symptoms you're experiencing, you need to address the metabolism as a whole, focusing on MITOCHONDRIA and ATP energy.
I had severe symptoms and Hashimoto’s.
That’s why most doctors don’t know how to treat the thyroid — because it’s not the root cause. The root cause needs to be addressed, and it's metabolic.
Some people have a simpler situation and can recover their thyroid more easily, while others need to take more steps.

Hi, newly diagnosed with hashimotos and sub hypo. My calves have started aching at all times, sometimes my fingers too, this is new and not related to exercise. Has anyone experienced this. I'm taking magnesium but hasn't helped. Thanks

My free T-4 just came back as "normal" but when I looked at the chart- my T-4 number was at the very bottom of the "normal scale. One digit away from being low. So I'm told I'm "normal" and no need for further action. I also had a HIGH TSH. I asked my doctor to do a free T-3 but she wouldn't do it.

Life's twists and turns ....
2019 and the wheels fell off. Palms dry and flaky. Thought perhaps candida Then Leaky gut. Then DH Celiac diagnosis. Then cytokine storm as body resets. Then Lyme disease. 2021 hip replacement (lyme destoyed cartilage) And now the other hip needs intervention. Ugh
I'm a yoga teacher and really trying hard to move through all these challenges. Been on thyroid meds since college and I'm 62
