I got this following error after changing the mother board in my PC. "windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed error code 0xc004F211"

Just for anyone wondering, you'll have to have the latest version of Windows for this option to work, otherwise it will direct you to another screen saying that it cannot be done at the moment, after pressing the activate button. Hope this helps a few people!

I had this problem for a few days too.
My toolbar was in a left vertical.
I couldn't solve it myself.

thanks man i updated my bios and windows was going crazy telling me its not activated cause apparently updating it makes windows "detect that you changed hardware", ofc microsoft support cant figure out whats wrong with their shit so i finally found this video.
