Now you can ace any CASPer question with these 5 strategies. You’ll learn several different tips and strategies you can use and implement immediately to help you better prepare for the CASPer test. These are the same tips we give our students who seek CASPer prep help and guidance. Keeping these tips in mind will allow you to take the test in the most calm and confident way you can so you can be at your best on test day.

One of the best CASPer test prep strategies is reviewing CASPer practice test questions and answers. Whether you are applying to DO or MD programs, your CASPer prep should involve practice questions and responses. Since this is a test that assesses your soft skills, many students experience some confusion about how exactly they can prepare for this test. Of course, all of this has to be typed in a limited number of characters and in a limited amount of time.

When preparing for CASPer test questions you must understand that there are a number of different kinds of CASPer test question categories and CASPer test question types – hypothetical situation questions, questions related to policies or current events, personal questions about your own experiences or values, all related to dilemmas around ethics, boundaries, and conflicts, to name a few. Overall, the most important thing you can do to prepare for the CASPer test is to review a test prep book, make notes, practice, and even consider a CASPer test prep course, should you feel you require it. Even if you feel you understand SJT’s and their questions, you should never enter your CASPer test with the intent to ‘wing it’, nor should you feel that by skimming through a prep book, that you’ll be prepared. It's incredibly important to begin your CASPer test prep early, so that you can learn to effectively address any kind of question you might receive on the test, and with these 5 strategy tips, you will learn how you can ace any CASPer question types and be better prepared on your test day.

This is a very good video. Not only are the 5 tips strong, they're also chronological in how you yourself should approach the situation.

As for the tips, it goes:

1. Don't be judgemental (try to make a private setting to have a conversation)
2. Gather all the facts (don't assume anything)
3. Think about the effects of your actions (ripples)
4. There's only so many types of scenarios you can be tested on. Take similar approaches for each type. (personal vs ethical vs professional dilemmas)
5. Use "If...then... strategy." More on that at 6:00 (How to set up your answer)

However, the one issue I have is that you haven't addressed that there's three questions instead of one. on the CASPer. Most times you can already know the three questions.

1. How do you address the pressing matter?
2. How would you address it in another person's shoes/in this new scenario?
3. What are the future implications?

Otherwise, I liked the video. Also, you corrected yourself on "driving to your car", but then at 3:27 drive to their car lol don't sweat it

Man i wish I had this last year, while some of it may seem obvious, it is gold to have it confirmed from you that this is what they look for.

Thanks to you I was able to take my CASPER in peace. I don't get a score, however, I kept telling myself to stay neutral and gather all the facts and the offer an if/then solution.

How are you supposed to address all of your speculation for a particular problem in a 5-minute answer?

How do I get faster? I can maybe answer 2 of the three questions cogently before 5 minutes runs out. The BeMo expert answers are so long, they must have taken 15 minutes to get done.

You’re much better than the lady in the videos. She talks too much.
