Reverse Bay Parking | 45 Degree Reverse Bay park

Reverse Bay Parking is one of the maneuvers you could be asked to do on your UK driving test. It is therefore really important that you are confident and comfortable at reverse bay parking. There are a number of methods you can use to reverse bay park. The 45 degree method that we are doing here is a simple method that can be used in any car parking space. It requires very little reference points and can be completed the same in any car.

For this parking tutorial myself, Josh the Driving Instructor and Itstwonks (Callum) will demonstrate how to park in a standard bay using this 45 degree parking method. We will also cover some really important tips when reversing on your driving test.

Question, how do you 45 degree reverse park on the left if the only parking space left or right is right at the end of the car park or test centre and it’s a tight squeeze? Please if you can do a video on that. Would you have to do a u - turn & position in the centre of the road?

Why not just drive forward and reverse into the bay instead of the roll back I've never seen anyone do that ever when reversing into a car park bay lol

Quite lucky my driving instructor wont teach this method its the 3 bay only i hate the 3 bay its not used in normal driving so why teach it
