amazing burger but don’t need the commentary on the unnecessary fear of ingredients you “can’t spell”. those ingredients are needed to keep things shelf stable for the masses. not everyone can afford a burger at Fallow and there’s no need to scare people about safe ingredients that you “can’t spell”. i mean half the people who watching probably couldn’t spell xanthan gum without spellcheck. LOL

Okay now THIS I can get behind. I love mushrooms for one, but I have celiacs…I genuinely never get to try plant based items because gluten is in everything…I eat meat, but I’d love to reduce my consumption and I try to when cooking at home, but I don’t often get to try luxury items like this because of gluten. This looks delicious and like I’d actually opt to try it over a regular burger. Impressive! Mushrooms are so versatile and one of my favorite vegetables (fungi, if you wanna be technical lol). Yum!
