Menendez brothers’ attorney speaks out after DA recommends resentencing

Kittys brother thinks Erik and Lyle made up the abuse but Kitty's sister said she saw Erik freak out and start crying when he couldnt find lemons in the fridge years later when Erik got older in prison, she asked why did he always suck on lemons as a kid and he said to wash away the taste of his fathers semen in his mouth. José made him swallow💔 dont know about yall but i rather believe the brothers' aunt who was actually there and witness strange behavior than the uncle who wasnt even around.

The pictures, the boys testimonies, the fact that over 50 people, including many of the victims family members, testified on the boys behalf and the prosecution could only get Jose’s secretary to testify on his behalf says it all. Set them free!

None of them said Jose was a good man, not one person. That is enough evidence to prove that they were abused. My heart breaks for them. I hope they go home for thanksgiving.

The brother has no idea about the menendez brothers. Even the bday and age when asked he didnt know. And he was told that he wont get the will if the boys weren’t guilty.
If im not mistaken this brother was left behind by the wife and kids because of the abuse as well.
