Fish Tacos with a Homemade Fish Taco Sauce

Fish Taco Sauce

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt
Hot Sauce, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well blended. Serve on top of fish tacos.
