This series is exactly what I've been looking for. I used to be so underweight from years of digestive issues that I actually had to go to physical therapy for my chronic back pain, but I couldn't tolerate much because I was still so underweight. Now postpartum, I actually have a little extra fat on me! It's time to build some actual strength.
