What I do is-
Set 1 10 kg- 12 reps
Set 2 10 kg- 12 reps
Set 3 15 kg- 12 reps
Set 4 20 kg- 10 reps + 2 with spot
And I am planning to increase the weight in this manner, where when i am easily able to do 12-13 of the last set, I will go like
set 1- 10
set 2- 15
set 3- 20
set 4- 25 for 6-8 reps till i again can do it easily,

The question is, am I doing it right. Is this the right strategy? Please someone, share your insights..

भैया, किसी भी एक्सरसाइज में वजन को बढ़ते या घटते किस क्रम में लगाना चाहिए । या तीनों सेट में बराबर वजन लगाना चाहिए । For example : बेंच प्रेस में मैं 30 Kg (52 Kg : 15 on both sides) के 15 reps ; 35 Kg के (9 - 12 ) reps ; 40 Kg ( 20 on both sides, 62 Kg ) के (5 -8) reps, 50 Kg ( 72 Kg ) का 1 - 2 rep लगाता हूं । तो मैं 50 Kg से 30 Kg पर जाऊं या 30 Kg से 50 Kg par जाऊं ।
