Vexing an Ex

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant briefly and they later reconnected. She claims she loaned him money, but he refuses to repay it. She says he has a good job and a baby on the way, so he must have the money. She’s suing for repayment. The defendant says the plaintiff never loaned him any money and has no idea why she’s suing him.

He had so much to say about her stalking his aunt, being a drunk and putting him and his family in danger, so he had to call it off. However, when it came to the money he owed and she had text proving this. Then it was they were in constant communication and he was in love with her. How are you “so in love” with a woman who had all these issues? This man is a piece of work! 😩

Yeah, this is a pretty clear cut case. He never denied it, he just refused to give it.
Seems like he just does not want the 'relationship' to end and used it as a means to stay connected to her.
She ain't jealous, she just did not want to humiliate you in court.
She's a nice person and he is an idiot.

Plaintiff was asking for her own money for 4 long years and still being very gracious about it in the end and letting him keep face.

Alicia she is fool he straight up gas lighted her in front of all us. He’s very manipulative He never liked her like that or loved her. If he care a inch about her he would’ve gave her back her money knowing she’s a single mom and knowing she took that money off her credit cards. He knew what he was doing by saying loved her. If he loved her he wouldn’t got rid of her so easily.
