Refusing To Pay An Ex

The plaintiff is suing his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, claiming that after she caught him with another woman she grabbed a knife and ended up going to jail. He felt bad and posted her bail, but she hasn’t paid him back. He is suing her for an unpaid loan. The defendant claims she never agreed to pay him back. She is countersuing for the cost of expunging her record and lost wages.
