I used these for 2 weeks against Philippines red ant (fire ant) and they started carrying pupae and larvae out of the house (assuming relocating elsewhere) and then multiple queens were transported out and squashed. The ants are now idle and disoriented. This is still ongoing. Let's see what happens.

I've noticed several problems with this "redesigned" product. The easy twist off ends DO NOT twist off. I used a sharp pair of scissors. The bait is too high for small ants. I had small ants that completely ignored the bait. They walked right by it. Put the ramp back into the product. I don't have animals so I was able to pour the liquid on a 4" round flat disc. Bingo ! The ants came running. Thousands of them. After several days ant problem solved.

It took 2 years but now they just can't get enough of it and never go away

Anyone know?…why a lot of them attach onto the poison and do not detach. It’s like they attach on it until they die.
Is the thick syrupy texture not able absorb in their system so they just drown? Or what is the cause of this? Or does the poison make them super sleepy? Because if you touch them they do move. They make a rocky around the glob and just chill like it’s a hot tub.

Leaving product feedback here and hoping Terro sees it. Product works great but after 2-3 weeks the ants no longer consume from the package... the product says lasts upto 3 months but It does not as the liquid gets too hard after 2-3 weeks.

They only eat the first quarter of the tray, then they disappear. If i put out a new one they come right back.

I didn't see any of those containers but ACE Hardware in my town had a bottle of the liquid. I put a few drops on the counter and the ants have been feasting on it for days. How long does it take to knock them out?

Way to ruin an amazing product with an awful new bait design. The old design had a ramp for the ants to enter the bait trays. This new one does not. Please bring back the old bait trays.

Doesn't work well with my house ants. They seem to be attracted to protein (cat food) more than to Terro. Therefore, instead of buying Terro again, I am going to try protein baits. If I want to try borax bait again, I would rather make my own baits following some youtubers' instructions, which will cost less money.

The design of this package is absolutely stupid. The top is supposed to "snap off" - well, it takes a whole lot of bending and twisting for it to finally break off - the seams of one packet were broken in the process, so it was a throwaway. On another packet when the top finally "broke" off the opening was pinched shut and it had to be opened with a toothpick - only because I noticed that it was pinched shut.
Ignore the instructions and just cut the top off with scissors at the neck.
Here's hoping that the product is better than the idiot package. I'm thinking that I wasted money on this.
