#Shorts 👋 Up for a CHALLENGE? Try this “Biped Thoracic Rotation”! (I know, I know… that’s a mouthful 🤪)
Essentially, with this move you’re going to be strengthening your core and improving your upper spine (thoracic spine) flexibility at the same time.
Win-win!
✔️ Make sure you feel really steady with a basic birddog first (no rotation, just holding)
✔️ Don’t sag into the “standing” shoulder…keep the ground pressed away from you
✔️ Try to twist your torso as much as possible without moving your hips at all (so tricky!!)
Give this a go and let me know if you can do 5-8 reps per side!
