This is why you decide pull based on how much you like the character, not meta

Why Qingyi is a "should":
- She's fun to play (beautiful moveset etc etc)
- She's a great support for Zhu Yuan
- She opens the slot for Anby to join another team if you don't have other stun characters or your current stun ones fall in the RES element in the challenges (Shiyu, Hollow Zero etc). Anby is a solid stunner so she can help a lot of other teams. You would not realise that until you have to prepare 2 built team to battle.

As I keep saying to all the other CCs saying not to pull for her, "we" do NOT have two other S-Rank stunners. There are two other S-Rank stunners available through the gacha system that CANNOT be target-pulled unless you go for the 300 standard pull selector.
The ONLY stunner that everyone has is Anby. Qingyi is right now the ONLY S-Rank stunner you can guarantee to get if you put in enough pulls.
Now, maybe Anomaly and Disorder Damage teams will become a thing, but right now, a Stunner is pretty important.
So if you only have Anby, here's your chance to get one + and a pretty darn good one that actually is almost a semi support for burst dps - guaranteed if you have enough pulls.

shes literally meta af, actually will probably be more power creep resistant than Jane cuz Jane is... just a dps. while qingyi fits into many teams and has rather emormous buffing capabilities and shreds daze bars. shes a good unit herself and makes her teammates shine more too.

GI and hsr made this shit clear already - good supports are most valuable, not main dpses. main dpses are powercrept more often

jane doesnt even have great supports for her. qingyi is a great support stunner period. if you have zhu yuan then she is basically the perfect stunner for you. this guys nuts. dps are almost always powercrept. supports much less so. that being said jane is a really cool character. i would pull her but i doubt ill have the currency since i needed zhu yuans bis partner.

Qinyi is worth for ppl who don’t have any other stuns agent besides Anby.. her skills are quite good, technically buffing your dmg on stunned enemies up to 260% I think, and she synergies with any DPS, making easier get the 3/3 comp buff
