Qingyi is the newest character in the Zenless Zone Zero roster. She is an electric stun character that can provide more quality damage openings for her teammates like Zhu Yuan. She will be releasing with the 1.1 version update alongside Jane Doe, and Seth. However Anby is already a solid character that can inflict stun and is accessible to everyone. In this video I cover the value of Qingyi and why you should probably skip her.

The thing I always wonder with videos like these is:

Does the uploader understand that people don't play games like these for the numbers but because they like the characters or their looks? I mean, yeah sure. You can disseminate every character here and figure out a perfect team but where is the fun in that? Most people can't even follow you because they don't have the time to have a spreadsheet opened next to every game they play.

I'm on both subreddits and the reasons most people like to play Qingyi without a doubt are:

* Her physical attributes i.e. small cute, compact yet powerful and fast
* Belly
* Gyatt
* Emotionless

That's it. Literally no point in comparing numbers. It's a fun game and Qingyi looks fun to play and lot's of people want to pull her.

If you're free to play this stunner gives you 80% more damage and works with every single dps. People saying this is a total skip are straight up lying. If you can't get her that sucks but she's S rank on any team besides double anomaly. You build one character and you have a stunner with the biggest damage multiplier we have, for any team with an attacker you end up building.

Anby's usage is also because people just have no other choice, straight up. They've made every other stun a S rank you have 0 control over obtaining so in the meantime my second team is doing fuckall i'd say it's more than winning harder

I have a question for you. I'm new to the game just started 3 or 4 days ago. I'm currently 40 summons in on her banner. Should I get her or skip for rat girl? My only 5 star is Rina. My current team is Rina anby and Nicole. Thx for any help you can give.

I feel like "winning harder" isn't a good argument to skip qingyi.

Hoyo games have always been able to be cleared with just four stars . I don't think zzz would be an exception once we start getting to the point where people can farm better gear.

The reason why anby is used in so many teams is not because anby is good lol it's because she's one of the only three stunners and the only A rank stunner.

Anby stuns faster then qingyi at a base level however executing her combos against really aggressive enimies is really hard . Furthermore anby just stuns. And a character who only does "one thing" is never a good character in hoyo games.

Five stars are there to make your clears more comfortable . Which qingyi already does. Furthermore we can all agree at this point rn most people only have one good comp . The other side of shiyu is always scuffed.

If qingyi stun multiplier makes you one rotate a boss or a wave that saves time for the next half .

Furthermore we have no idea when we'll get a new limited stunner and according to dreams about units roles it doesn't look anytime soon.

Out of the four units that we'll have I belive qingyi is the most important to get after a Zhu yuan / Ellen ( one of em )

Jane doe is a great unit and she will age like fine wine. But she would be the typical "expensive team" typa a unit like dot in hsr .

Also her banner is ok . Billy is def really bad. But corin can be really solid and getting her cinema 6 she can be your second dps or for people who started the game after 1.0 there first dps . I do wish we had a Lucy instead of billy or even a piper .

She has better aoe stun, she can dodge while procs her 3ba spam without cancelling her combo, better stun attack multipliers, and works with every attacker in the game. Looks like a great improvement. I think QYs banner is so ass because it’s a more valuable character for the future.

I spent Qingyi's entire banner wanting her (and, thankfully, finally managed to get her on the last day) because I like her for her. Her design is cool, I like her personality, and I like Kira Buckland's performance as her English voice actor. Her capacity for Make Number Get Bigger is just a cherry on top.

Next two characters I have my eyes on: Burnice and Yanagi. Hopefully their banners aren't back to back, I'll need the time to save up.

the reason why so many teams have anby is, because anby is the only stunner many people have and not because she is so incredibly strong
she constantly misses out on possible daze, because she has to doge before she gets to her third attack and you have to start the combo all over
no one would pick anby over lycaon or even koleda in most teams

also your perspective overall has to be the most one sided perspective i have ever heard.. so according to you everyone has zhu yuan.. which ofc means everyone easily s-ranks shiyu defense 17 and therefore pulling qingyi equals winning harder.. question: do you see how absolutely flawed this chain of assumptions is when reading it?

reality is the only account you know anything about is your account.. and i dont know how much faith i should put in a video which clear intention is - stated in the video itself - to make people not pull for qingyi instead of honestly reviewing the character... qin pushing the stun dmg multiplier all the way up to 260% ofc does not hold any weight at all.. anby does as much for the team... lol yeah, sure...

Bro... let me be 100% honest. The frieren refrence she made in the story is one point, being a short and cute anime girl is another, her shiny and large attacks are another, and lastly the "outfit" is quite nice. (MY LORD HER BELLY BUTTON AND THIGHS AND CUTE CHEST) and those are my reasons. I just get characters i like, that simple.

My main problem is that I want to pull for Miyabi, and if Miyabi gets changed to elec-affinity like the rest of her team then I feel like getting Qingyi might be a solid fit

You failed because QingYi makes me act up and I need to marry her, therefore, I will pull her or she will leave me forever regretting my choices in life.
