3 years ago, i cleaned my damn room... i was in a shitty apt with molding dishes in the sink and didn't have motivation and spent money as fast as i got it.. now, in present, im engaged, closed on a house a few months ago, completely in control of my finances and have cushion, got 2 promotions at work, and thinking of kids soon after marriage. I won't say Mr Peterson was 100% of the reason, but he absolutely got my ass moving in the right direction. Thank you, Mr. Peterson, for helping men like us who needed guidance. Im still working on myself to this day, but im much happier with where i am now!

I was in a dark place after getting out of the Army in 2016. I suffered from debilitating anxiety, depression, PTSD I lost my tribe, sense of purpose and identity. A couple of trips to the VA ER from severe panic attacks. I found Jordan Peterson on YouTube and I started listening to him, and started working on myself through his teaching.

Holy sh1t Shawn. As a Canadian, I have been following Dr Peterson since he first broke through. As a medical doctor I am again blown away by Jordan’s unique way of communicating a thought and breaking down a concept to its core. As a veteran, I watched this episode right after a ketamine treatment. I literally “felt” every word said in this conversation and I feel different just now. Not sure what happened, but something has changed in my brain. I’ll be watching this a few times to make sure I am not hallucinating this…epiphany. What an impact this conversation will have on people, for years and years to come.

This man lives and thrives in the realm of difficult conversations by taking the emotion out of the most emotionally charged topics, the nuances of the human mind are only made complicated by our emotions and our choices.

Jordan is a translator to the human experience and it’s been a great 10 years with him in my ear at work, at the gym and on my hikes sometimes. It really takes someone like him to see how simple things are to understand, regardless how difficult they are to overcome.

If you tweak your perception and intake to objectivity the way he does, life gets really beautiful really fast.
