"Roof leaks a little now. But, we'll fix that."

Tommy total genius and comic relief. Simply the best. Bet ya he signs autographs even when he is putting gas in his vehicle. Rock star status for sure.

It's amazing how different regions have very different looking PT lumber. It's brownish here in Washington where I'm at and my buddy in Michigan tells me theirs is greenish. Meanwhile wherever this was filmed it looks like normal wood tone. Nice coop! Happy chickens! :)

One problem Tommy 3/4" ply in between would make you to thick your 2x4s are 3 1/2" unless you have real 2x4 lumber. Only thing missing was Roger.

Should use 1/2” ply at the header as a 2x is 1-1/2” doubled is 3” and a 2x4 is 3-1/2”.

From Steve Garcia, I wish you guys from" this old house" could help me build a den to my house 🏠. I want two of the walls to have big, big windows. I've been watching your show for 40 years. I LOVE YOUR SHOW.
