Have you ever used Adderall? What was your experience like with it?

I’ve spent the last year on 60mg (40/morning, 20/~2pm) adderall xr and it’s been the happiest, most productive year of my life. I have ADHD as well as MDD and I’ve found that, with the addition of 100mg/morning Duloxetine, for most of the time, I have no depressive symptoms whatsoever

Great job on this very informative video! On a side note, I have a question regarding this medicine. That is, is this substance known to increase cravings for nicotine? The reason I ask is that I notice one the effects manifest, I find myself drastically using tobacco much more throughout the day, almost incessantly. Thanks!

So, It’s currently 5:48 AM I took a adderall xr 30 mg yesterday I would say maybe at 6 ish 7 ish maybe

I appreciate the information! I was just prescribed adderall rx and I am rather apprehensive on using it but of course I know it’s supposed to help me focus, which I greatly need, could you or have you made a video discussing the effects of adderall rx? I would love to know.

Throwin' it out there: Strange effects on treatment resistant depression/schitzoeffective symptoms - Reduces (anecdotally) intrusive thoughts by around 90%. Straight up didn't expect that; kept hearing it increased psychotic symtoms (It will if you don't sleep; if that's the case, well, fix that dose or run for the hills!!! It's a useful medication but isn't worth the risk of a psychotic break.) but in my case, it made me less symptomatic.

Future employers and/or other entities with interest in combing my data: Yeah, I said it on a public forum, I think it's worth the small trade-off to possibly help another with my condition. Also, you can bet on me being very effective on the job in part due to managing my health well. It's a pro, not a con!

uptodate recommended dose is 20mg daily for Adderall xr with possible increase as needed to 40 to your experience people use 10mg of the XR version?

I understand now that you're discussing adderall XR. I was confused at first because what you're describing is different from regular adderall, but you didn't mention extended release in the video. I believe the two are different, for example, adderall without the extended release comes as a tablet, not capsule. I appreciate the video, I would love to learn the difference between regular adderall and extended release.
