I've noticed when people come up after going past 90 degrees their abductors cave in while they're shifting, either on the right or left side.

You got your doctorate from reddit or sum? Bc this some soyboy excuses to not squat properly. Puts a lotta unnecessary stress on knees, and you aren’t putting enough stimulus on the muscles that would engage at proper depth. What a joke of a doctor, this is considered malpractice and you giving bad advice to actual athletes. Such a shame.
