Let's be real that's in no way a beat up Corolla

One thing that really does help, although it seems so minor, next time you get a car with wheel covers, use a satin black spray paint on the steel wheels before you put caps on - it really does make it look so much better! Love these upgrades you do for your friends and subscribers! I am in NJ, too!

spray the wheels black before intalling the hubcaps.

the car itself is in such good shape. I love this generation corolla. It would look so clean lowered with some after market wheels.

I have the same corolla generation and am still using it... 20 plus years of driving and still never failed me big time. Cheap new parts are still available.

Suggestion if one near you to save money is go to a junkyard and get the OEM hubcaps for cheaper. I did this with my 03 Sentra back in HS I got the original hubcaps from a crashed Sentra for $15. I had to remove them myself but it was worth it. I got some other items at the wreckers too, I got the center console armrest, and I the upgraded visors. I like the OEM hubcaps because in order to remove them you have to remove the lugnuts, so they can’t be easily stolen.

Appreciate what you’re doing, man. Nice to see what a difference some small fixes can make. Super inspiring. Cheers!

These cars are the best cars to restore!! (Holy crap my other car is a focus st lol!!)I picked one up about 2 years ago for a daily driver and needed a few basic suspension parts and now has 200k and still drives like when I got it and is a tank..I’m in the process of doing a cheap paint job and getting some new brackets for underneath that are getting ugly..I recommend these cars to anyone looking for something that will take you where you need to go!! They are solid!

I been doing this car flipping for almost 16 years, it is my full time job, and also I'm a mechanic so we know a lot of tricks here and there to make a car look pretty again without spending not even 100 dlls, having the right connections and having your own shop helps a lot, it is very fun to do all this cause you feel proud once you finish each car. congrats bro and keep it up.

Oh wow that was the first car I owned when I was 18, that thing is extremely reliable.

Just found you last night and I'm already addicted! I'm not surprised you're already at 100K but I am that it's not higher. Keep it up, my man. I have a strong feeling you're gonna find lots of success in the coming years.

I absolutely adore these types of builds, too much focus on the crazy over the top wide body stanced tuner cars and whatnot on social media so it's nice to see some more down-to-earth content. I have an r33 skyline myself but I transformed a beat-up Toyota Starlet not too long ago. Not only did I end up loving the car (they're bullet proof), I had a lot of fun making it look nice again. There's something satisfying in seeing a more basic commuter car that's 20+ years old, but that still looks nice and clean

Dude I found out about your channel through insta for that blue civic you painted orange. The work you do is insane for the budget. Just subscribed man, keep up the quality content! :)

Love these approachable transformations using off the shelf items. Not tying up the paycheck or the garage for 2 months with crazy builds.

When I saw you buy those hubcaps I was like eeew, but honestly, they make that car looks worlds better, and with the budget you basically pulled off a miracle.

Had one of these Corollas back in the day and we all know they have one of the best engines, from 98 & up 1.8L and shortly after 1.8L VVTi, As long as the plugs are good and have clean oil, maybe a new thermostat, You're golden for years. A perfect frugal car to keep you on the road for cheap.

I’d like to see the same car but done up with maybe 500. Great job!! My brother just got his first car a month ago ( same model ) I’m just itching to start doing little things like this lol
