One thing I discovered to kill hunger pangs is to drink a hot cup of peppermint and green tea. I usually use about 1.5-2 cups of hot water in a large Yeti cup with 1 peppermint tea bag and 1green tea teabag. I don't know if this works for everyone but it works for me, especially during the last 2-3 hours of a 20-22 hour fast.

Contains also magnesium....90 percent...is good....
My elders use to have hot chocolate before bedtime....and....no problem sleep like baby...in winter i do the for me....feel is imp.

That Pavlova can easily be made with stevia. I am currently on a ketogenic diet it's working wonderfully I make bread from egg white powder a pinch of salt add a pinch of stevia add a teaspoon of vinegar apple cider. You can search on YouTube how to make it. It's a lifesaver if you love sandwiches I don't want bread this is a wonderful alternative it's a little funky on the outside but inside it's fluffy just like some Wonder bread crazy and there's about 10 g of protein per slice just thought I'd share the wonderful discovery
