REITs started in 1960 and have to follow a set of requirements, all of which I cover in the video. I love REITs and use them in my personal investsment portfolio to increase my passive income.

Did you know that REITs have outperformed the market over the past few DECADES. REITs are a great way to add Real Estate exposure as well as diversification to your portfolio at a much easier way than through private investing on your own.
