The slowest that time can get is when you're doing a plank

What if the big bang was just someone's attempt at faster than light travel? They destroyed their universe and a new one was made. And now we're gonna attempt it again.

How to reach speeds faster than light:
Step 1: record light in a video
Step 2: speed up the video

I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t notice the clock on your spaceship slow down, because it’s with you travelling at the same speed, only the clock outside the ship would appear to have slowed down.

It's wild, we all have seen so many Riddle vids, that's we immediately noticed his voice sounds different. And just to make sure I wasn't mistaken, I went back to a vid from last yr. His voice sounds deeper, kind of like when you wake up, vs when you've been awake and talking for awhile lol

We can not travel faster than the speed of light because then we would become a quantum future state of probabilities. Because causality has a speed limit (c) every point in space where one observes it from will be the closest to the present moment. When one looks out into the universe they see the past which is made of particles (GR). When one tries to measure the position of a particle they are observing smaller distances and getting closer to the present moment (QM). The wave property of particles appears when we start trying to predict the future of that particle. A particle that has not had an interaction exists in a future state. It is a probability wave because the future is probabilistic. Wave function collapse is what we perceive as the present moment and is what divides the past from the future. GR is making measurements in the observed past and therefore, predictable. It can predict the future but only from information collected from the past. QM is attempting to make measurements of the unobserved future and therefore, unpredictable. Only once a particle interacts with the present moment does it become predictable. This is an observational interpretation of the mathematics we currently use based on the limited perspective we have with the experiments we choose to observe the universe with.

Most people don't know about the 1 realistic method for interstellar travel. If a ship travels at a constant 1g acceleration rate it would get to Alpha Centauri in 3.6 years (7.3 years would pass on Earth) and this includes turning the ship around halfway to decelerate. It would achieve about .95% light speed in 1 year. A 10 ton ship would require 10 tons of continuous thrust.
This is by far the fastest way we can get to other worlds and the ship would have gravity the whole way. All that is needed for this is a fission rocket that can put out thrust for long periods and does not consume hydrogen.
A true fission rocket should consume uranium or plutonium only. They are both jittery atoms that are on the verge of fissioning all by themselves. There should be a way to get them to fission in a linear fashion. What's needed is a controlled, time released nuclear explosion.
In an atomic bomb fission occurs when neutrons hit uranium or plutonium nuclei. This is because they will not tolerate an increase in mass. Due to the equivalence of mass and energy, the same should be true if you infuse them with energy. This might be as simple as having negatively changed uranium or plutonium atoms coming into contact with positively charged uranium or plutonium atoms. Or perhaps with laser or electromagnetic forces.
With the constant 1g acceleration method a ship can span the entire diameter of our galaxy in 24 ship/113, 000 Earth years. Systems with stars similar to our sun can be reached in under 10 ship years.

Actually, light doesn't move while it moves, because while it is moving, it is also making infinite stops. This is because everything is completely contained while moving. A ball that is thrown completely occupies spots in reality like it is stopping in them.

Faster than light also means faster than causality and if we see the propulsion as the cause for the acceleration we can deduce that the acceleration after we cross the causality limit will be in efect before the actual propulsion mechanism can produce it so the problem is not the fuel but the way to reverse and stop the acceleration that we get even before it has been produced.

If we can’t travel, then how about we teleport instead?

Trying to go faster than the speed of light is like trying to divide by zero

The last spaceship looked like the Batwing lmao, Batman, is who we need. Im kidding obviously but its just hilarious that it looked like the Batwing

This reminds me of the Star Trek TNG episode, "Force of Nature." A pair of alien siblings (more the sister), proved that warp drive was harming space.

There’s an old space anime called Gunbuster where the characters do a lot of light speed extra galactic travel with interesting technology. The climax takes place near the center of a galaxy. You’ll cry at the last episode, mark my words.

My idea to reach or bypass the speed of light, the only method I could think of is if anti-gravity were implemented. As its said, to reach such speed, you need to have as little mass as possible and to have little mass as possible, there needs to be as little gravitational influence as possible as well.

What I find interesting is speed is based on time and distance and if thats the case, that formula could change based on the size of the subject. I’m not about to get into the specifics but an ant to travel down a hallway and at most it takes 5 minutes…a human could cross the same distance in 3-5 seconds or maybe less. From the sun to earth, light takes 8 minutes to travel…if something was larger, would it take the same amount of time? Maybe less? Or would light still be faster? When it comes to human sized, we never take into account microscopic size or how size can influence speed.
