In the morning:
1. What is the most important thing I have to do today?
2. For what one thing in my life am I grateful?
3. What quality do i want to show the world today?

In the Evening:
1.) What are currently my three core values?
2.) How much of today was in alignment with my core values?
3.) When do i not behave in alignment with these core values?
4.) What can I change to live more in alignment with myself?

My sharing with friends the multiple deaths i have experienced has been met with silence, short reaponses that shut down the conversation, and fear. I have given up trying. People’s ability to respond from a heartspace solely depends on their desire and ability and experience of their own emotional life (particularly sadness, grief, etc); there is very little in our culture that supports this. Truth and authenticity dont seem very popular these days…

I would have to say your entire video would take many pages and paragraphs for me to write of how awesome this entire thing is!! I am embarking on a journey with Marissa Peer and other studies as well and have started organizing thoughts for my first book. You’re an inspiration, and I’m grateful and thankful that you came into my life!! Everything you say, I always align with perfectly. It’s amazing how much all of our journeys lead and can lead the most positive wonderful life of all!! What 3 things do I want to accomplish at the the end of my life:
1. Live authentically - be myself always and do the things I want to do & value - instead of what other want me to do or expect of me.
2. Be kind and compassionate - to myself, others, animals and the planet.
3. Ongoing Learning - about myself, others and the world around me to that I can understand and be the best version of myself and show up that way in the relationships that matter to me.

I agree with better sleep in separate beds when your a couple. I’m a widow now so my sleep is totally optimal. I listen to Handpan music at bedtime which helps ease my mind. ❤ My addictions are caffeine and quilting. It use to be escapism. Death charges everything.

I've always had sleep problems since a child and I enjoy having my own room and bed away from my partner as an adult. We are happier this way and still have a good relationship. I just wake up too much and so does he and he really disturbs my sleep even though he says I don't disturb his sleep. Even hotels are hard being in 2 different beds sometimes hearing him wakes me. Lol

These exercises are a good start - at least as reminders of what is truly important to a person; but why no mention of television and computer use, the most addictive substances on the planet? Media, phones, tv, etc., for the most part reinforce constantly and ruthlessly that everything in our lives is “wrong” and if we could make it “right”(happiness, success) then all would be well in our world. I am not a doctor or a neuroscientist, but i dont think one can grow and expand very well as a human, on the one hand, while our brain is taking in enormous amounts of information showing and telling us that we are not happy and not successful. There is a lot about the mechanisms of the brain that we know, and an infinite amount of things we have yet to learn…
