In this video, I unbox the new AMP Rides Volt 750 Step-Thru Electric Bike. This is a really nice ebike with some really cool features and components that is worth checking out. It has a 750W Motor and is a step-thru foldable bike. After I ride this bike more, I will post a review video for you guys. Per AMP RIDES, Bafang has detuned their new motors as of December 2020. The Amp Rides Volt base models will now achieve an average of 25 mph, Amp Rides has announced they are working on branding out so they can get motors in limited bikes, and they may move off the base factory lineup completely by September once they have the models moved over that can achieve the higher speeds again.

New owners took over in June of 2023. They have a few of the Volt 1500 Step Thru bikes left as of 08/24/23. It's a very powerful bike. I'm a very heavy guy and this bike will handle East Tn hills with ease. I had it up to 31 mph on level ground throttle only. They claim 120nm torque.

Marlon, what made you go with the Volt 750 vs the Volt 750 DS (Dual Suspension) for the review? What are your favorite features of the Volt and what are your least favorite features? Are the fenders metal or plastic?

Nice bike. Good value . Unfortunately, the bike will not be available until early December. Also, it’s a shame the company website has no details on specs. I wish the company much luck!
