Krav Maga Girl, Lior Bitran, an experienced martial arts instructor is presenting a full workout for beginners, explaining about basic strikes, punches and kicks.
After a good warm up, you can learn how to do the Jab Punch, Cross Punch, Palm Strike, Knee Kick and the Frontal Kick.
Lior is accompanied by the girls Adi, jenny and Rachel.
Just like Adi and Jenny, people with no experience in Krav Maga can still participate and learn from the workout.

Awesome channel. Thank you for sharing some krav maga training. MY bf suggested that he and I take this training together but I wouldn't want to start in a co-ed class. I feel more inspired seeing your all ladies group. I realize the benefit of training with men too however I'd prefer to start out with a female group. Very inspiring! Sharing with everyone! 🙏

bwahaha i fell when she said to put your whole foot on the ground. i was doing everything correctly except for the fact that i was on my toes 😂 i tried to put my foot down and fell back.

You need to be careful when punching the face that you don't cut yourself on his/her teeth or break your knuckle. It is safer to use open hand strikes to the face.
