Krav Maga Girl, Lior Bitran, an experienced Krav Maga instructor is giving a full length workout explaining how to defend yourself from a frontal choke attack.

You don’t need any experience in Krav Maga, only to practice these simple moves of punches and kicks alone and with a partner.

The workout is accompanied by the girls: Rachel, Adi, Jenny and Lee.
