For those wondering:
He basically told the Queen that all the gold embroidery in the front of the Royal-purple color is kinda heavy while riding so they had to spend extra time in the sauna sweating out water from their body to reduce their overall weight for the horse(thats how boxers/mma fighters cut weight).
So the next time the Queen met him he was wearing the green color without the heavy embroidery so the Queen joked that this time riders dont have to spend much time in the sauna to sweat out the water in their body.

I think she was well aware that people were excited to meet her that it would be a story they'd tell their grandchildren, the time they met the queen, and made the interactions wholesome memorable and friendly as often as possible

She was such an amazing monarch and one we will probably never see in our lifetimes again.
She treated everyone with respect, as much as remembering names and faces of the people she met. And she met many in her lifetime, and never forgotten any.

My mum met the Queen in Botswana, she was one of two and had a 15 minute talk. She came back loving her time and how sweet she was.

I miss her so much. I am a USA citizen but she was part of my life. I actually remember seeing her coronation on a little screened black and white television. I was only 2 years old, but I remember. She was just so beautiful. She was part of the background of my entire life.
