Fallout 4: How to get the last Star Core without main power restored. (Nuka World DLC)

Today I show you guys how to get to the top of Starport Nuka to obtain the final Star Core without the need of completing the main story for the DLC.

I went to the junkyard after clearing it previously when doing the hubologists quest and found that the star core had respawned

I found a handy trick for those who don’t have enough AP to make this work. There is a glitch where you take a random trash can, and hold it under your character while next to the tower wall. While looking down at the trashcan and facing away from the wall, mash your jump button, and you’ll start ascending like it’s the freaking rapture. Once you’re at the top, quickly ditch the trashcan and use your power armor’s jet pack to fly into the top room.

I dunno if this’ll help anybody else but it did help me. Good luck y’all!

Apparently even in 2021 the junkyard actually respawns the last star core.

IT WORKS WITH IF YOU USE NUKA COLA QUANTUM AND NO MODS. I just did it. Even if he uses a mod for the AP, you can get up there with no mods by using 2 nuka cola quantum. Just bind nuka quantum to 1 and drink it when you are at about 30% AP. Make sure to just fly up, don't fly left or right or anywhere else. You can get up all the way up to the beam without nuka cola. After that, to get up to the roof, you just need 2 nuka cola quantum (or more, but it depends). Also, make sure you press and release space, don't hold it (like a true phara main). Make sure you quicksave after each flight. I had to quickload 20 times for the last part.

My character has everything maxed out and my AP lasts nowhere near as long as yours so I'm going to say you have some sort of mod istalled to give you more.

I went to the junkyard and got the starcore, then i went back to do a quest for the outer space cult and there was a second one that respawned. Didnt need to turn on the power at all

Unfortunately mine has a barrier underneath the head of the tower. My jet pack won't budge even close to the window

Omg I can’t believe the star core actually respawned at the junkyard area. I’m not sure how long it takes for it to respawn but gosh it really did 🥶

Im close i just gotta keep drinking nuka cola quantum in the air and that helps get my AP back

Here's the way to get up there if you can't stack up on buffjet and nuka-quantum use quantum to regenerate ap and buffjet to slow everything down

Just did your method.. With my fully upgraded X-01 suit + jet pack.. Stamina bar (even when attempting to burst) drains too bloody quick. I literally just now went an used the same suit as you in your video T-45 set an slapped a jet pack onto it. Same bullshit result. Unless your using some kind of mod that makes your stamina bar decrease less while (bursting) this video is misleading.

I found out about alternate way!
No power armor and jetpack required!!
1: have strongback (fast travel)
AND FREEFALL ARMORS!!
2:go to atom cat garage (bottom right map)
3:grab 80lb dumbbell/barbell
4:go to galactic tower
5:do a glitch by holding then crouch and jumping on it(this is tricky part by tweaking the weight at right under you!)
[Look it up about that fly glitch]
6:keep jumping if you standing and not fell (you did it correctly!)
7:go high until you above the tower.
8:move slowly toward to the top!
9: congratulations! You earned the last star core!!

I took me 50 attempts to decide that i am satisfied with my normal X-01 suit😂

As many on this thread have already said, they patched it. The good news is there is an extra star core at the junkyard. Get the star core by the alien in the junkyard building. Then do a few other missions and come back and another one will appear.

How you get your AP so high? My jet pack won’t get me anywhere near the top on the last jump

I went to the junkyard several times and each time the star core had re-spawned along with all the loot in the place. Happened several times. I think I ended up with about 40 star cores!

Great video heads up as off the evening of August Saturday 16th 2024 playing in England there is a star core that respawns in the junkyard barn house terminal. Still works people.

Too anyone who reads this i found a way that works it uses the power armor and trash can wall glitch basically us the trash can to get up the side then fly forward up and the in the room it worked for me and hopefully for you if it doesn't send a replay ill try to help you any way i can
