I beat the entire game, finished Nuka World, finished Far Harbor, did the Automatron quest line, had 10000 caps in my pocket at once, transformed sanctuary into basically a nuked version of the strip, and never EVER noticed the bases in Diamond City.

Strangely I got this achievement while I was walking around near super duper mart. I heard a strange whistle sound, looked up and caught a glimpse of a rocket before it hit me in the face and instantly got this achievement for some reason.
