I'm curious on caffeine alternative herbs for alertness/focus. Also if rhodiola or ashwaganda can be used before cardio to reduce cortisol and help increase burning fat?

People have been living with these conditions for centuries and docs decades ago knew about them and how to treat them just modern people don't listen to the older docs. lived with estrogen dominance for years due to younger docs don't take it seriously like older docs use to. allrights reserved

A video on the benefits of sunlight could be an idea? Also in regards to Aspirin, are you not concerned about its effects on the gut isn't it harsh on the gut? Any more info can give on topical aspirin?

Your information on Serotonin helped me with headaches recently which most likely were high serotonin brought on by colder weather etc.
Obviously I take Mucuna pruriens but some sites claim mucuna has an effect on serotonin levels as well as its main Dopamine norepinephrine boosting effects etc Have you heard this?

Which form of K2 is better? Recent studies show that MK4 version is more bioactive than the MK7 version, because MK7 version stays in the blood for long time as the body cannot really absorb it fully.

Do you have an opinion on the whole issue of lectins in plant foods as written about by Dr Steven Gundry in the Plant Paradox? I appreciate that you do a perfect digestion course, I'm just not yet in a position to purchase it at the moment until possibly later in the year.

I noticed that there is on almost all of your herbal extract packages 10 cals and 2 carbs. Now they are all different extracts, shouldn't there be a varience? Is there a reason why there is not? Are there any carriers or flow agents? Would you be kind enough to explain how you get the extracts into a powdered substance? And lastly, each herb has a Yin and Yang quality, also jing, chi, shen, is there a list of that anywhere I can find. Cause I want to strategically put my herbs together to create my own mix for myself based upon yin yang balance and understanding of energy and how it synergistically works together. I just need to know the values of each herb to do that and that is extremely hard to find. Sorry I bombarded you with questions lol, I do thank you for your time, and look forward to your response :)

I’m surprised to her flaxseed is a no no!
I’ve been following Dr.Brooke Goldner reversing lupus and many other health conditions and she encourages 1/2 a cup of fresh ground flax a day 😳😵‍💫
