5 steps and 6 months to go from Diabetes to Freedom!

Dennis Pollock shares a plan that may help you reverse your diabetes with 5 steps over 6 months.

6 Month Plan to Become Non-Diabetic

Month 1: Test & Compare / Start to lower your carbs in your meals.

Month 2: Stop all in-between meal snacking.

Month 3: Change to low carb meals (meals that do not cause major glucose spikes). If unsure about what to eat: meat and salad, or meat and LC vegetables. No sugar, no bread (except LC bread), no starches…

Month 4: Eliminate a real breakfast / try BP coffee, or an egg and coffee, or beef broth, or lots of cream & coffee.

Month 5: Turn your evening meal to carnivore or nearly carnivore. Get your vegetables at lunch. Lunch is veggie time – but not potatoes or corn or beets or carrots…

Month 6: Just keep on doing what you've been doing.

In most cases: Either this will get you below diabetic levels, or else it will improve your situation so much that you will be ready to continue this…

Thank you for this amazing ministry!
Old nurse here. In a long career I saw a lot if human suffering caused by diabetes. A lot of what made it so awful was knowing that for the most part it was preventable, if only those folks had known this information and acted on it. But no one told them in a way that made a difference for them.
When my A1c came up prediabetic this year, I said "enough of this" and went strict low carb/keto right away. No bad effects from the abrupt change (although I was already eating in a sort of low carb way.) Working very well.

i will probably do this for life, i have been doing low carb since the 11 June 2024 and i have stopped taking meds. i am aiming for my pilot license and i am 54. I have had T2 for 9 years. on the glucose meter it now shows an average of 6.4 for A1C in 2 more months i will go have a proper test. i don't cheat, i don't "try" anything. I feel better, more energy and this is how i want to live! I have a light breakfast eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms OR bacon, lunch a good steak, fish, chickenetc with veg or a salad and nothing after lunch except a coffee later in the afternoon

Hi Mr Dennis.. Thanks for your info. I'm a Malaysian male age 47, got diagnosed with Type 2 July last year with Aic 10 and blood glucose of 278 one hour post meal. 3 months later i manage to bring it down and my Aic was 5.5 and blood glucose was 103 two hours post meal. I did it naturally without any medication or insulin shot. I did Intermittent Fasting, skip breakfast, only have lunch and dinner. Lunch at 12am and dinner at 6pm. No snacking at all. The good thing is i didn't follow any kind of diet, for every meal I just take two cups of white rice with egg/beef/fish/chicken and with some vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, cucumber and some leafy vegetables. As an Asian, rice is a staple diet for us. And my doctor tell me you can eat rice but not as much as you used to eat before, jus two cups for one meal will not harm my body. And during that 3 months he asked me not to eat any kind of sugar including natural sugar in fruits and honey. And avoid flour, processed food, vegetable oils, and other non natural food made by human. Just eat whole natural food. I'm so happy after that 3 months im no longer a diabetic, even today it has been past a year, and i can enjoy my carbs, honey, fruits without spikes in my blood sugar.. Just avoid refined sugar, processed food, flour, vegetable oils..

Than you, great video.
I didn’t know having my salad for lunch instead of dinner would change my fasting reading in the morning. That really helps.
Your instructions are much appreciated.
God Bless you 👍🏼🙏🏽

Thank The Lord, that I saw this video back in August!! That week I also saw my dr & my A1C was 8.8.
He wanted me to up my diabetic medicine to injections. I told him about this video. He agreed to let me do the challenge. I had a determination to not get started on injections!
Yesterday I was tested again. My A1C is now 7 !!! I know it is still high, but I will keep working on it !!
Praise The Lord & thank you so very much. You helped me get more healthy. May God bless you!!

That's, simple and working without mistakes. Yes I'm one who did it successfully, but still checking my blood sugar, not everyday but I do, and A1C of course at home, and no more any medication supplements or anything, I used in my fight seeking help in it and didn't find, just loosing money and even health. Once I stop, start calmly investigate, find your channel and my fight becomes articulate more and more, and proportional lower numbers. Yes thorough time I find my way and still do, but basic is always same, exactly what you teach me, thank you Dennis.

Well said and presented, I'm on this journey for the past 6 years and its been great. A year ago i made a wrong turn and gained some weight but my Hbaic and other numbers, fb and one hour post meal are good but its much harder now to loose the weight.
Blessings Dennis ❤

I'm a 30 year disbetic. A1C's in upper 10's, never ever below 8 😕. On insulin. Doctor puts me on more every visit. I found your page and have been trying. Changed my diet, lost some weight, and got my A1C to 7.5. I was having lows and slowly lowered my insulin myself and have not taken it in over 2 months, however as a sugar carb addict I fall off the wagon at times. It's a struggle for me at times. Been seeing my fasting sugars around 150 and it rises to 190's plus with just coffee for breakfast. Was in 90's with some insulin. I'm not wanting to start insulin again, so have to pay more attention to food choice, and add some exercise. I found out I'm now dealing with vision loss, diabetic retinopathy, that should wake me up, but I'm needing more support. The muscle weakness is another thing I'm discovering with weight loss 😕. Dennis do you have a buddy system, or support group on FB possibly for people who need that extra support? Thank you for all you do, it is greatly appreciated!

No doubt this works. December A1C was 8, March 6.4. Last week was 5.9. Not as good as I hoped but I'm in the 5's club. I'm taking Dennis's advise and sticking with it. Tossed the Jadiance last Feb. Looking to get in the mid 5's in a month or so. Thanks for all you do Dennis, couldn't have done it without your help. Love the shirt!

Wow thank you so much for chart board. It is clearly to understand. I don’t understand how I have to avoid on what kind of food. It’s important is keep up with low closer to baseline as you explained! I am thankful for your help and resources. I had A1c is 10 last month and I visited my doctor two days ago, my A1c is 8.4, my doctor was shocked since my A1c 10 to 8.4 for a month. Also I lose weight 27 pounds in a month, too. I deleted a lot of carbs and fats. I started exercising and walking in 6 days. I rest on Sundays for church and volunteer. I work on my food plans and continue exercising/walking until I reach my A1c at 5-6. 🙏🏼

Dennis month 5 for me. Its a struggle to not eat breakfast. Bulletproof coffee is a godsend.
I went for bloodwork in june and it was 6.2. my dr. Said checking blood with meter was causing me anxiety. Just to keep on doing what i am doing a with low carb and check my bloodwork in September to give me true numbers without meds for another 3 months.
For now i am doing this. In Sept i will be monrh 6.
I am 72 yhis year. I eas fooled by a specialist who told me this is a progressive disease, and that it would get worse. Eas on metformin for 10 years. My kidney function had dropped and i was afraid. Even though the lord provides for me ....😢
