A Chinese netizen was made to apologize for claiming that sub-standard vehicles led to the death of Chinese soldiers during the clash with Indian border troops. According to the PLA - the netizen was arrested for spreading rumours. But this story triggered a wave of fresh claims on Chinese internet.
