How to fix when everything connects to internet except your browser

This problem can usually be fixed by resetting winsock. Try running both of the commands below one at a time in an elevated command prompt, reboot after each one.

did not work for me. Im on win10 and have all my drivers updated for win10. I've restarted my router a 100 times. I've done these commands 100 times. I have tried different Ethernet cables. I ha e uninstalled and reinstalled my network drivers. any other suggestions? I can't find any.
