How to Apply the 80/20 Rule to Reading Faster And Remembering More

When it comes to reading faster and remembering more, you might have heard about the 80/20 Rule, a.k.a. the Pareto principle.
But how exactly do you apply it to improve reading and learning skills?
Should you count the words per minute you read?
