How to Make Pickles (Easy Homemade Pickled Cucumbers
Ingredients:

Cucumbers
Garlic
Pickling salt
Vinegar
Chickpeas
Water
Citric acid (or lemon)
Instructions:

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and place them in a jar.
Add a few cloves of garlic for extra flavor.
Add a tablespoon of pickling salt.
Pour in vinegar to about a quarter of the jar.
Add a few chickpeas to help with fermentation.
Fill the rest of the jar with water, leaving some space at the top.
Add a small amount of citric acid or a slice of lemon to enhance the flavor and aid preservation.
Seal the jar tightly and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 10-15 days.
