Well, as a Pole, that's all level 1. True pickles are fermented in saline brine. The cucumbers need to be organic and harvested the same day. As for spices, you should add an oak leaf, horseradish root, peppercorns, fresh dill (whole flowers and greens), fresh garlic. A lot of fresh garlic.

Pickle juice is one of the best cures for acid reflux! Woke up in the middle of the night - throat on fire w acid- ran to the fridge opened the jar of pickles and guzzled it! Ahhh sweet relief ❤

I have a Clausen clone recipe I follow. I never boil them. They go into the fridge and stay cold ALWAYS. Best, most crunchy pickle I've ever had
