Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ do not repeat the methods this guy did in the video.
1. Don't use a scaler on your tooth, you could scrape your enamel and get a cavity, instead use a soft dental pick.
2. Brush your teeth in a up-down motion not side to side.
3. If you can don't rinse the toothpaste out, you want the floruide to sit on your teeth to remineralize your enamel. If you can't leave toothpaste in your mouth for some reason than after rinsing use a floruide mouthwash .

You can also use the back of your toothbrush as a tongue scraper if you don't have one, but only if it has bumps/lines on the back
