No do NOT rinse straight after brushing, just spit. Use your mouthwash at a separate time of day when you haven't just cleaned. This gives your toothpaste ultimate time to do its job and the mouthwash is a handy extra 😊

i brush my teeth and braces with an electric toothbrush. for the record, my orthodontist said it’s fine as long as i don’t set it on the fastest speed

you are supposed to use mouthwash before unless it has fluoride in it because you will wash away the fluoride on your teeth from brushing. also the soft bristles aren’t necessary. your teeth are getting cleaned either way.

Your angle for the top braces with your micro brush could poke your gums! Angle away from the gums y’all😬
Also the soft toothbrush👍🏼 hard toothbrushes won’t damage your braces but could be abrasive to your teeth and gums, especially if you’re a hard brusher

You can also brush your teeth in circular motions and you can also get a water glosser which are the best glossers to use for braces. But Gaptian crunch is still right you can do either one I prefer the way I do tho

Floss, mouth wash then brush without rinsing with water. That way the flouride in the toothpaste will protect the teeth. Been doing that for years now and no longer have sensitive teeth. Im also wearing braces now

A fact about cleaning with braces is that you shouldn't rinse after brushing because It takes all the toothpaste off the tooth which is used to keep your teeth cleaner and healthy.

You can also go to the store and get a braces brush for getting in between your braces

They are like a normal brush but have a lot thinner top so you can do what he was doing
