I got absolutely hosed the last time I had my brakes done, I'm talking parts ruined, directionally slotted rotors on backwards, original factory hardware re-used at over 100k, the WORKS. This is an excellent video. I recently did something similar to my 1998 z28 Camaro, however, I wasn't as exhaustive as you were. Instead of lemon acid, which I am glad I learned about, I sand blasted the aluminum caliper parts. This is an excellent video. If I ever return to paint my calipers, ill use this as my inspiration.

oven cleaner followed by a hydrochloric acid dip of salt mixed with vinegar works well to clean the caliper parts.
