5:15 Fantastic example of overcoming someone’s objections of not having time due to “working harder”. Through asking the right questions, it exposed the pain and provided a solution without sounding like a salesman.

Oftentimes we work so closely with these leaders that we need to see them in action outside of being right in their presence. This video demonstrates leadership and leveraging. Although I was right there during this call to a new agent the experience of watching this video over and over expressed how to overcome objections and speak a language to level the tone of the individual who is speaking. Simply listen, don’t sale, always offer through educating. Use the word, “show” to spark the interest. I love this video! So many gems dropped.

Leverage is definitely the key. Being able to leverage teammates and especially coaches to assist you with calls can help you lock in appointments you’re struggling with.

Being able to leverage your sales leadership will help you have success early in your career. Great video!

Everytime I watch this; I catch a new nugget. The three good qualities script really allows people to interact and put their guard down. In addition, you are helping them by asking more questions. Be interested and not interesting!!

Leveraging is my biggest takeaway from this video. Leveraging your sidelines and using them to not only help you with your calls today but also learning from them to apply the same language in the future. It’s amazing how simple the business can be when you know the words.

- on the 3 good qualities script hit more touch points/dig deeper to lock in the appointment. Add takeaways

- when Kendrick made the call to the agent the agent kept saying I don’t have time and you can’t convince me. Kendrick leveled with him, found his pain, brought his guard down then he was open to talking

- when you call your agents not at phone zone help educate them briefly on our system, keeping it simple and leverage what we teach

Always being in the position to leverage and give value to your potential clients. For example, explaining the 3 different tax buckets. Then also asking the right questions and understanding their pains points. That way you can help them reach their goals faster in 2025!
