Link won't know anyone's names before speaking to them and for Yigas he doesn't even bother knowing their names. But for this specific Yiga not only doesn't shown as some nameless character, but also marked as Zelda. His disguise is so good that even Link believed it

The Yiga armor is so fun. In the gerudo village one of them needed me to cover my face so I could talk to them, so i put on the yiga mask and they immediately threw me in jail.

I also like trying to take the bananas that are clearly a trap when dressed up as a yiga member. You'll get a message something like "I know they're irresistible but these are for link. Just buy your own"

For all of you who are confused about what’s going on here; If you do the “potential princess sightings” quest with the rito journalist penn, yigas disguised as Zelda eventually start appearing in certain areas. It’s a great photo opportunity, I took a pic of “her” looking all cute and thoughtful to put in my tarry town house 😂

It’s worked so far.

And yes, no names means they’re Yiga, but the title of “Researcher”, “Traveler”, or “Fancy Person” doesn’t always appear, so this is just in case. 😅

What I hate is you can't trick the Yiga with the discuise the same way they trick you. Like I would love to go up to them, have them believe I'mfellow Yiga until I take off the mask and they're like "WHAT!? YOU TRICKSTER!" but instead it's "HA! I GOT YOU NOW!"
and I'm just over here like 'Wait, what? no I was uno reversing YOU!"
