What If You’re Too Afraid to Talk to Your Crush?

I’ve noticed a theme lately on many of my dating advice videos where people are just too afraid to talk to their crush much less ask them out! So here are some thoughts on getting over those fears!

I agree that the only thing holding one back is the fear of rejection. I tried to ignore that and just went for it. Yeah I got rejected after asking him out, but it was fun to know that I could do it and it made me feel proud of myself. Better to know for sure than always thinking 'what if'.

the problem is: what do I say? because I have no thematics or specific reason to talk to her. So, I'm afraid that whatever I say to her will come across as trying to hit on her right off the bat.

When I was in high school, it took me 8 months to finally just say hi to a girl I liked. She seemed nice and was always smiling at everyone. When I finally said hi to thus seemingly nice girl, she snapped at me and yelled, "leave me alone". I don't get how she was nice yo everyone, but then decided to hate me. 76 bad experiences and 27 years later, I am no better off.

I’m just sad because I can’t seem to have the courage to talk to her. I keep telling myself that there’s no way she’s single, she’s beautiful. I’m scared, she works at the gym. And I’m afraid that if I try something I’ll get looked at bad by the other staff that I have some what of good relationships with.

The first time I had a crush on someone, I was 16 years old and he and my dad use to work at the supermarket. His name is Robin. He's taller than me (6ft something), attractive, heartwarming person, sweetie, and beautiful smile.
